We want you to love your new BaubleBar pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After confirming your return, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original BaubleBar packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
